Esta indispensable “simbiosis” entre Emprendedor y Gerente debe ser establecida por el Emprendedor. En él recae la responsabilidad. Es el Emprendedor quién está obligado a dar los primeros pasos y ser inteligente en el establecimiento apropiado y oportuno de la gestión profesional. ¡Cuánto antes mejor! Aún en aquellos casos que el Emprendedor tenga importantes destrezas de gestión, la decisión de formar la gerencia y pasar posta es imperativa. Ninguna habilidad de gestión supera aquellas que le permiten al Emprendedor darle vida a un Negocio, por esto es importante que incluso aquellos que se consideren “buenos gerentes” no ejerzan la tarea por mucho tiempo y entreguen las riendas a un equipo profesional.
El Emprendedor es importante y valioso para el progreso de los pueblos precisamente porque fundamenta su existencia en la capacidad de trascender limitaciones e imposibilidades, porque tiene la habilidad de construir allá donde nada existe y acercar a lo palpable un horizonte lejano. En estos principios de acción echa raíz el entendimiento de valerse de los mejores recursos que el camino pueda ofrecer, y uno de ellos es la Gerencia Profesional".

Ciertamente no todo el que emprende tiene el don de gerenciar, ni todo aquel que gerencia tiene la destreza de emprender, pero esto no significa que no se pueda hacer ambas cosas, en lo personal tome la decisión de emprender un negocio a través de Internet, y honestamente el gerencia y delegar se me hacia un poco difícil, en inicio busque la ayuda de una consultora de marketing, para poco a poco capacitarme y realizar las cosas por mi cuenta!
